With 15 years of experience in massage therapy, I bring a well-rounded understanding of the body and the relationship between movement, muscle tension, and recovery. Throughout my career, I’ve refined my technique and developed an intuitive style of bodywork that allows me to adapt each session to the individual. My private studio is located in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan, where I offer personalized massage sessions by appointment. Same-day appointments may be available, and reaching out in advance is always encouraged.
