1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BodyWerx platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. BodyWerx reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
BodyWerx is an online marketplace that connects clients with wellness service providers, including massage therapists, fitness trainers, and nutrition consultants. We provide the platform for discovery and booking but are not directly responsible for the services rendered by individual providers.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to: treat providers with respect and professionalism; arrive on time for scheduled appointments; provide accurate information about health conditions relevant to the service; comply with provider cancellation policies; and pay agreed-upon fees for services rendered.
5. Provider Responsibilities
As a provider, you agree to: maintain valid licenses and certifications required for your services; provide accurate information about your services, qualifications, and rates; honor confirmed bookings; maintain a safe and professional environment; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings made through BodyWerx are subject to provider confirmation. Cancellation policies are set by individual providers and displayed on their profiles. BodyWerx is not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations or no-shows.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: use the platform for illegal purposes; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post false, misleading, or defamatory content; create fake accounts or reviews; interfere with the operation of the Service; or use the platform to solicit services outside of BodyWerx in a manner that circumvents our Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the BodyWerx platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to BodyWerx and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
BodyWerx acts as a marketplace and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by individual providers. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Use the platform at your own risk.
