Healing Arts
Greenfield, WI
Hi, I'm Bernardo. I am a Certified Sound Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Tui Na (Traditional Chinese massage), Hilot (Filipino manual therapy) and vibroacoustic massage. Hilot is a traditional Filipino practice that involves massage and spiritual healing to restore balance and harmony within the body. I'm descended from a line of healers back in the islands. In our tradition, it's believed that healing abilities are passed on through the generations. People from all over the world travel to the Philippines to experience our indigenous healing arts. Vibroacoustic therapy, also known as sound therapy, uses low-frequency sound vibrations to promote relaxation, pain relief and overall well being. I use several instruments (Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and a therapy monochord) to deliver vibrations to the body potentially penetrating deep into the tissues and organs. This therapy is increasingly recognized for its potential benefits in managing pain, anxiety and sleep disorders. If you're looking for traditional deep tissue and Swedish massage, I have the power, strength and stamina to deliver. I can combine all modalities for a session uniquely tailored to your needs. My intention for you is that you leave more relaxed and at peace. Text me to book an appointment. I will get back to you soon.
