I offer an eclectic combination of different techniques arranged to suit your individual needs. Mostly my work is rooted in deep tissue, Swedish and reflexology but you will find that I adopt techniques from neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, trigger point therapy and active isolated stretching. It is my belief that in every human interaction there is energy at work, so it goes without saying that bodywork deals directly in this realm.
