The people I work on range from those who are sore from everyday stress and want to relax or feel pampered, to those who suffer from more intense muscle strain or old injuries, to business people needing a break from their hectic schedules, and to athletes and military personnel whose bodies need massage therapy to function at their maximum potential. Every massage is tailored to meet each individuals preferences and needs.
