Sports Massage

About

I am a fully licensed Florida massage therapist with 8 years of professional experience. I specialize in: • Deep Tissue Massage • Myofascial Release • Sports Recovery • Assisted Stretching • Neuromuscular Therapy • Relaxation / Swedish Massage As of Summer 2026, I’m approaching two years working full-time in Wilton Manors, and I genuinely love the community and clientele here. Deep tissue work has become a true specialty and passion of mine. Over the years, I’ve developed a highly focused approach combining deep tissue techniques, assisted stretching with ropes, and specialized tools designed to create the deepest possible muscular release while still keeping sessions intuitive and therapeutic. Whether you need intense recovery work or a calming full-body reset, I tailor every session to what your body actually needs that day. Some important notes before reaching out: • Please state in your FIRST text that you are looking to book an appointment • BodyWerx Booking system is preferred for fastest response • Advance bookings are always prioritized whenever possible
