Stress Relief

About

Come exactly as you are. Seriously! Whether you’re new to massage or have been receiving bodywork for years, I appreciate that everyone has different needs, preferences, and comfort levels. I’m laid-back, friendly, disarming, and easy to talk to, but also confident, intentional, and extremely thorough in my massage work. I pay close attention to areas of tension, check in about pressure, and adjust my techniques throughout the session based on your feedback. Every massage is highly personalized, with pressure ranging from light, relaxing work to focused, extra-deep pressure where appropriate. Some clients want to talk, while others prefer quiet music and time to unwind. Either is absolutely fine with me. Your comfort and boundaries matter a lot. I welcome feedback about your likes, dislikes, areas to avoid, and anything else that helps me tailor your massage. Our bodies go through a LOT… physically, mentally, emotionally… sometimes without even realizing it. I love helping people work through that tension, relax, reset, and leave feeling genuinely cared for and happy they booked a massage!
