These "knots" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative. My nationality is Thai. I was born and raised near Bangkok. In my culture, like most Asia cultures, we are brought up to respect the family elders. One way that I would show respect to my parents and grand parents was to honor them with massage. For close to fifty years, I have been in pursuit of giving the "perfect" massage.
