I use a variety of pressures and techniques to address acute and chronic aches, pains, stiffness, tightness, and muscular dysfunction. Your individualized session includes a methodical protocol to address your areas of concern. I use my palms, fists, fingers, forearms, elbows, cups, tools, and assisted stretching to help soften and relax your body. My pressure ranges from light to heavy and is determined by your personal reaction to pressure. By working through discomfort and releasing tension, you leave your session feeling lighter and relaxed. At times you may feel a ‘hurts-so-good’ sensation but never pain. I am often able to ameliorate or resolve pain issues.
