I offer professional therapeutic massage in New York from a private studio two blocks from Grand Central in Midtown East. Mobile appointments are also available. My training includes massage therapy studies in Brazil, Swedish massage, relaxation massage, sports massage, and bodywork techniques. I have more than 10 years of hands-on experience. Sessions may include Swedish massage, Deep Tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point work, sports recovery, and assisted stretching. I adjust the pressure and focus of each session according to your comfort, preferences, and goals. I work especially well on areas such as the back, shoulders, neck, hips, legs, and feet. My approach is calm, attentive, and client-centered, with clear communication, proper draping, and professional boundaries throughout the session. The studio is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Gay, bisexual, straight, and LGBTQ+ clients are welcome. Same-day appointments may be available.
